Gaitz takes time in qualifying their technicians. Gaitz’s services provided are not the minimum to code type of services. Gaitz’s Technicians have been qualified by Charles A Gaitz and/or Tonya Gaitz. Gaitz technicians are registered with the state of Texas and are certified by EPA.

Safety is our number one priority in the Gaitz culture due to Charles’s 33 years servicing the Houston Fire Department as a firefighter and EMT. With Charles vast experience in health and safety has rolled over into the Gaitz HVACR day to day operations. Safety is an ongoing discussion within our culture. Before each installation Gaitz will perform a safety discussion to include the scope of work and any safety hazards.
