Gaitz Air Conditioning, Heating and Commercial Refrigeration was founded by Charles A Gaitz, a native Houstonian and retried Houston Fire Fighter in 1978. And is now operated by Charles A Gaitz, Denise Gaitz and Tonya Gaitz. Together the Gaitz family continues to provide dependable, quality service to the Houston and Surrounding areas.
Charles A Gaitz started his HVACR career in 1978 after graduating from St Thomas High School. Determined to support his family, Charles began to learn the HVACR trade and become a mentor and industry leader. Charles currently serves for the Coast Guard Auxiliary as a Pilot. Charles’s wife Denise Gaitz joined Gaitz HVACR after retiring from Goodman Manufacturing. Denise brings excellent customer relations and account management.
Charles’s Daughter, Tonya Gaitz, joined Gaitz and has served as Charles apprentice. Obtaining both unlimited Licenses in Environmental Air and Unlimited Process Refrigeration. In addition, Tonya brings bachelors from the University of Houston Downtown, in social science. She is a licensed Texas Realtor and brings 12 plus years in industrial inspections and quality management skills.
